Collaboration is often expected and supported at a process or procedural level. The mechanics of collaboration are often overlooked at a skills level. Collaborative skills and relationship processes can support restructuring, simplification, R&D and organisational change. Collaboration can often stall where there are competing interests, differing goals and cultural differences.

The ability to work through differences, blocks and obstacles has the potential to release creativity and innovation. Organisations and teams often veer off path due to old habits of finding a work around, dropping a difficult team member, backwatering a troublesome personality or avoiding cultural or sensitive issues. The skills and processes outlined in this course strengthen co-operation, build trust, bring the value in diversity to life and strengthen leadership.

IN-HOUSE ONLY - email.

Acquire the skills to work into difficulties, blocks and obstacles and liberate the value and energy to sustain relationships and propel projects forward. This course is about working through difficulties rather than around them. A challenge represents the limit of our skills, knowledge and qualities, often we step back and look for a safer direction. The course will support people in accessing the growth available for individuals and teams when they work into and through limits and boundaries.

Universities and the collaboration agenda. R&D teams looking for resources to innovate and disrupt. Organisations who are restructuring around teams as drivers for change.

This course is tailored to your organisation and culture and designed with you in partnership. The partnership helps us understand your culture and how it limits and blocks collaboration as well as how it supports and strengthens.
